Apply for a Home ...

You should only continue if you want to apply for a home in one of the following schemes:

Sheltered Housing in the City Centre for the over 55s
Ardwick
Chorlton
Woodhouse Park, Wythenshaw

Applications for other schemes will not be accepted

Applying for a home in any of these schemes is easy. All you need to do is complete an application form and send it to our office. We will then process your application and put you on our waiting list

Important: Along with other Housing Associations, around half of our vacant properties are given up to nominations made by Manchester City Council for people on the Manchester Housing Register

To maximise your chances of being offered a Tung Sing home we recommend you also register with Manchester City Council by telephoning 0161 953 2525 or register online via their housing website www.manchesterhomefinder.org. You can specify that you want to be considered for Tung Sing properties when you complete their application
