Tung Sing is committed to promoting equality and diversity and has set up its own Unit (The Equality and Diversity Unit or EDU)

The EDU provides a variety of services both to the residents of Tung Sing and to other organisations

Working within Tung Sing

Within the association the EDU organise various activities to encourage the participation of residents in events and in the running of the organisation. This includes resident groups, training events and board membership as well as visits to places of interest

Working with other Organisations

The EDU also provides services to other organisations. This includes assessment of organisational needs, help with strategy development and implementation, training and development, and community engagement with the Black & Minority Ethnic communities
