Report a Repair

There are several ways you can report a repair to us, but firstly we need to know if your repair is an Emergency?

Here are some examples of emergency repairs...

• Gas Leak or Gas Supply Failure: click here
• Major Electrical Fault: click here
• Property is Insecure or your are Locked Out: - click here
• No Heating: if there is a complete breakdown of the your system and if no alternative heating is available in your home
• Flooding & Burst Pipes
• Blocked Lavatory or Blocked Drains, with serious sewage back up/spillage
• Structural Faults: emergency action will be taken in instances of severe water penetration, slipped or dangerous roofing tiles and dangerous masonry
• Fire Damage: emergency action will be taken to prevent danger and to ensure safety of the tenant and the general public
• ANYTHING THAT MAY AFFECT your health and safety or result in serious damage to the building
