We will only treat insecure property as an emergency in instances of forced entry; where main entrances and windows are insecure

Action will not be taken for loss of keys, unless you acknowledge that you will be recharged and prepared to meet all costs incurred. However, a repair will be actioned if you or your family may be at risk (eg: children by not being able to access their property)
