Property Maintenance

The Property Services Team oversee the management
of all Tung Sing's property assets, and are responsible for a planned
programme of repairs and improvements to ensure the association's
property is maintained at a high standard. The Team also ensures
that all day to day repairs are completed within defined timescales
and in a manner which is acceptable to our residents. Property Services
such as responsive repairs, inspection and planned maintenance are
also supplied to a number of other housing associations

Maintenance
Planned maintenance involves major component replacements
e.g. window frames, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs etc. We replace the
above components on a regular cycle. We take the opportunity when
carrying out these works to consider possible improvements to our
homes
Review
of Stock Condition and Future Plans
The association regularly carries out stock condition
surveys to ensure it has up to date information about the state
of its properties. It reviews its plans and consults with its residents
on future priorities. This affects our planned maintenance programme
Adaptations
Minor adaptations can be carried out to assist
residents who have disabilities
